Position: Manager Treasury Analysis / Senior Financial Analyst

Description: This position reports to the Vice President and Treasurer and will support the management of the treasury and investor relations functions. The position will work closely with the FP&A, Controllers, and Operations Finance departments.
Accountabilities: (Treasury)
- Support capital structure analysis and potential implementation such as buy backs, refinancing, and dividends.
- Evaluate potential business transactions – acquisitions, industrial development to understand their impact on the company’s liquidity, capital structure, covenants and credit agreements.
- Support ratings agency & banking presentations and communications.
- Conduct lease versus buy analysis.
- Develop and track debt compliance calendar and activities. Monitor covenant projections to ensure compliance.
- Work with cash manager and accounting to ensure compliance with Treasury policies, procedures and internal controls.
- Act as backup for cash manager, if needed – processing daily cash, payment and banking transactions.
Accountabilities: (Investor Relations)
- Develop and coordinate quarterly reporting calendar for investor relations.
- Coordinate the drafting and development of IR materials such as press releases, presentations and conference call scripts, annual report, company tear sheets, and Q&A documents.
- Provide analytical support for quarterly reporting and investor presentations.
- Analyze existing and potential shareholder base to assist with investor targeting.
- Track, review and summarize peer announcements and sell side coverage providing summaries to management
- Maintain detailed models to track sell side estimates and assumptions. Monitor sell side notes on the company for messaging and accuracy.
- Conduct capital markets and peer group benchmarking
- Work with outside vendors (website, news releases & conference calls) to distribute materials, manage website, and verify billing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required and MBA or CFA strongly preferred.
- Three to five years financial experience in a public company (at the corporate level). Experience or exposure to Treasury and or Investor Relations helpful, but not required.
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Finely developed communication skills – written and oral.
- Strong understanding of finance, financial theory, capital markets, valuation and GAAP.
- Hands on self-starter that is very organized and pays strong attention to the details.
- Strong Excel, Power Point, and systems skills (SAP and BPC)

Description: Large privately held organization in Tampa Bay. Owned by a global private equity firm that will be taking them public in the near future.
The Director of Treasury & Investor Relations is accountable for managing and executing treasury and investor relations functions in a global environment. The primary treasury focus includes capital structure and financing activities. The investor relations component includes creating a consistently applied investment message for the investment community on behalf of the company, and for monitoring and presenting to management the opinions of the investment community regarding the company's performance.
